We have removed the embargo that has been in place due to COVID. We have resumed most normal activities. We are aware of the heightened risk profile presented due to COVID of some activities, which will remain reduced or in a highly controlled fashion.

As part of our emergency response plan, we have implemented a network state embargo.
While we will still perform new service activations, we will be limiting non-essential works and some infrastructure changes. This may impact the provisioning timelines for some services. Where necessary, we will advise customers if they are impacted by this.
Pre-scheduled activities are not, at this stage, impacted by this additional measure.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Voice Services (Voice trunking, CloudPBX), Network Services (IP Transit, Ethernet services, Private WAN (MPLS VPN), Managed VPN), Hosting and Data Centre (Virtual Machine Hosting, Co-location, Managed Backup (Veeam)), and Email Services (Hosted Exchange).
