During this window we will be reloading our broadband access routers and ensuring software versions are all aligned. This work is primarily to work around a bug condition we are noticing where outbound QOS/shaping is not being applied to NBN services. The flow on effect from this current issue is that some services will experience slightly slower speeds or voice quality issues when an NBN service is highly utilised.
