Unexpected line card restart effecting Melbourne/VIC services.

Some VIC services would have experienced a drop for between 3-5 minutes due to a line card restarting. We are looking into this with our vendor as it appears to be related to some troubleshooting being performed on the device at the time. We do not expect further impact at this stage.
