Inbound call failure for some numbers routed through Vocus/Commander/M2

One of our upstream carriers, Vocus, advised of a call routing issue affecting a number of inbound/outbound calls through their network. It is possible that some outbound calls which were routed via Vocus may have received a recorded voice announcement indicating the call could not be placed, however we have not been able to verify this.

We believe the incident began around 3pm, however Vocus have only acknowledged the incident from 6:15pm AEST. The incident was resolved at 7:10pm.
