During final system testing following completion of the cutover our engineering team identified a unforeseen fault relating to some legacy IP handsets that could not be resolved without additional work. As a result of this, we have reverted the changes made tonight and will perform further testing around this edge case.

During this maintenance window we will be rolling out the first stage of a significant upgrade to our CloudPBX platform which we have been testing for the last 4 months.

Leveraging the architecture of our own Astera PBX, this upgrade lays the foundation for a number of operational and system improvements into the future, as well as the foundation for some exciting new feature development.

During the outage window there will be a number of intervals where various CloudPBX functions will be disabled or work intermittently while we apply rolling upgrades to various system components. As part of the work we will be upgrading the SIP User Agent and SBC utilised, and so all devices will need to re-register at the completion fo this work.

We're excited about this release and the future opportunities this provides for our platform, and look forward to sharing it with you.
