Update
Due to an unexpected issue on the carrier side there has been a delay in starting this work. Real World engineers are currently working through this with engineers from the third party carrier.

One of our third party carrier partners supplying last mile ethernet services in Sydney has detected an issue on a device supplying service that prevents new circuits being added. During this emergency outage window the carrier will be correcting an issue on the device and doing a software upgrade. This will result in an outage expected to be around 20 minutes for a small set of services. Please lodge a ticket with us at support@rwts.com.au if you have any questions around this.
